Do you think another David Bowie, Alice Cooper, Marilyn Manson is possible nowadays?

Will the church, govt, and most importantantly the Kids care if another similar figure appears with similar messages? Not so much as ripping those three artists of, but more of a controversal figure, Is controversy still possible?
