What is "el Desfile de las Llamadas"? is it a Carnaval? Semana Santa? or D�a de los Muertos?

I�m from Mexico and I have never heard something about Desfile de las Llamadas (Calling Parade???), maybe it�s something organized by Telmex. And the day of the Deaths is in november.
