Please help why is this so hard?

when i get a boyfriend all these other guys tell me or a friend that they like me and they are going to try to kiss me or and going to ask me out when im dating another guy why do they do this i mean i have 4 guys that like me and it makes my boyfriend joules please help what am i suppose to do please help!!!!?
