Where is the best place to meet girls.?

This seems like a stupid question but it has been bothering me! I wish I could go back to school because that place had all the chicks consolidated in one place. I am 21 and in the Army and I find it impossible to meet a nice cute girl. I am pretty good looking but really shy at times. I try the club but it's hard just meeting random girls and I SUCK at dancing!!! I see all these goofy and out of shape dudes walking around with cute girls and I just say to myself "Why not me" =(
