How do i complain to a brewery about a pub they rent?

The pub we have drank in for over 20 yrs has recentley been taken over by new tenants, they have barred all the locals to bring in new "clientel". She verbally abuses locals until they either leave or retaliate then she can bar them. She bars them for drinking accross the road in the other pub, bars them for not putting their cig s in the bucket provided, swearing, even though she swears more than anyone in there, basically,she has run the pub dry and empty of customers.
