Im finding college essays SOOO hard?

I know most people don't ever want to do this, but if you are having a hard time you should set up a meeting with your professor. Anytime I ever had a hard time with something I made sure to talk to the instructor, that is what they are there for and that is what you pay tuition for. There is no reason to feel like you are drowning in information. You shouldn't just make up things when there is a chance to do something else. Run through the reading again and highlight the main-points. Send out a m e-mail to the other students in the cl. Do what you can. We have all been in this situation, and from time to time I have BS'ed a paper. But if it is worth a high percentage of your grade, you shouldn't just brush it off. And don't worry, not all of college is crappy papers, some of mine have had the best readings I have ever come across. The first year of college is your most important year grade wise, keep your GPA up.
