Looking For This Specific Shampoo For Horses?

Looking for info on a product for horses which essentially is a spray on foam shampoo which dried quickly on the horse and was simply brushed off. There was a six year drought in California around this time the product came out and I was told the products main aim was to conserve water. Was wondering if anyone knew of a product like this and could direct me to the manufacturer so I could order some. Thanks!
