You can try and reply with the word Unsubscribe in the subject line and body, or you could try abuse@timetospa.com, or you could put timetospa on your black list, or report them to the FTC, at www.ftc.gov/spam, or you could start a gr roots campaign to get people to boycott their products and services, or you could just get used to it.
