It happens at the beginning of the episode "I, D'oh-Bot". Milhouse comes running up to the house to show Bart something, just as Homer in his car pulls into the driveway. When Homer opens his car door, it hits Milhouse and knocks him out cold. Homer then nonchalantly steps over Milhouse and hollers, "Bart! That creepy kid is here!"
