Christians, do you say a prayer before eating always?

I know this is something that I need to be doing. Idk if i'm @ home, or in public. I would like to always bow my head, and say it in my head or out loud, but I need to be giving thanks b/c there hv been times whn I didn't even hv money for food, and I'm just so thankful. Does anyone else pray before eating??
