What is a "Disposition Motion"?

I am being sued by a company for not accepting and paying for granite counters that we not cut correctly and cracked. The company wants me to pay for them and my credit card company gave me a full credit after it went to arbitration. Anyways, it is now scheduled for trial and there is a deadline for "Disposition Motions" to be filed. What does that mean? It is a Disposition, not a Deposition.
