Extremely swollen lymph nodes in neck---please help!?

Earlier i went to the doctor with severely swollen lymph nodes, she tested me for tb and hiv and the blood test results do not come back for 2 days. She also told me it was not strep or broncitios. I was prescribed azithromycin tablets 5day supply. I took two about 4 hours ago but my symptoms have worsened. I feel like the circulation to my head is being cut off, dizzy, seeing black spots when i stand up ( have to hang on to something )i have numbness of my face head and neck, i have blurred vison, severly swollen lymph nodes on my neck under my ears the size of a quarter or bigger, my face is twice the size of normal and i have severe pain shooting upward deep in the back of my neck. It is difficult to breathe and swallow.. Should i try to wait out to see if the medicine will kick in or do I need to go to the ER. I dont have insurance so is normal with a severe (throat infection?) ?? Thank you
